Team Manager - Youth Justice Service

Haringey Youth Justice Service is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and talented individual to join us in the role of Team Manager. You will have a history of multi-agency working and experience of supervising social workers and support staff in the undertaking of quality assessments and delivery of interventions that reduce the likelihood of reoffending, levels of vulnerability and risk of harm to others. Crucial to the role is an understanding of the complex issues that impact upon young people that offend and their families. The ability to communicate effectively, in both verbal and written forms with a range of partners and stakeholders, is essential.
