View Vacancy -- Revenue Officer
We have an exciting role available within in our Financial Assessment Team.
We are looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced finance officer to provide support to the Financial Assessment Team to manage financial systems in relation to the collection of social care charges.
The post holder will be a member of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with social workers, occupational Therapists and other appointed assessors.
You will need to demonstrate experience of financial or financially related administration and have the ability to produce reports for management and undertaking reconciliations to ensure income is maximised for the council. You must also have the ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload to deliver challenging performance targets.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with both clients and a broad range of internal departments and external agencies whilst maintaining a strong customer focus to resolve enquires relating to charges for care provision and payment related queries.
