View Vacancy -- HR Operations Officer
About the role
We are recruiting for individuals to join HfH Human Resources, who will perform a wide spectrum of HR activities ranging from employee relations, recruitment and selection to learning and development. You will also be a key driver in bringing about transforming the culture and behaviours required to enhance service provision. This role requires you to be both hands on when dealing with operational issues and finding technical solutions to day to day issues and queries. You will be the first point of contact for your designated directorate. Its remit is to ensure the effective day-to-day operational delivery and the future development of the HR service.

In addition to the person specification, you will need to be highly organised, able to juggle many balls and be an expert in developing robust systems and processes to support the fast pace and demanding environment.
Proven experience of Human Resource Management in Context
A track record of managing complex Employment Relations casework
Ability to interpret and apply Employment Law within a work context
Skill in investigating a Business Issue from a Human Resources perspective
Enable and support line managers to address capability and performance management cases
Experience of the employee lifecycle i.e. Resourcing, Recruitment and Talent Management
Knowledge of Reward Management i.e. equal pay act, gender pay gap, benchmarking
Knowledge and experience of Leading, Managing and Developing People
Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating generic business leadership courses e.g. conflict management, interpersonal skills, having difficult conversations
Knowledge and experience of Leadership and Management Development Programmes
Experience of delivering Training, Learning and Development Provision
Prepare, Analyse, Review and Evaluating L&D through ROI
Understanding of LMS and electronic Knowledge Management systems
Understanding and Implementing Coaching and Mentoring
