About the role

The Early Help Commissioning Manager will lead the redesign and commissioning of high-quality early help services for children, young people and their families across Haringey. In all areas of activity, the role will need to adopt a strong partnership approach to enhance collaborative working and to help ensure that outcomes for children, young people and families in the borough are improved.

You will contribute to both corporate and strategic planning and service transformation whilst providing leadership and management of the strategic change occurring across the provision. Based in River Park House you will manage a small team of colleagues working alongside other services, external partners as well as young people and residents to determine needs, commissioning priorities and resource allocation.
