About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager (PM) to join Haringey Council’s Digital Services. The Portfolio section is responsible for the delivery of digitally enabled change across the Council.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of small to medium scale projects or workstreams in accordance with our project management standards. You will play a key part in the successfully delivery of projects.

About you

• You will be experienced in managing small to medium scale projects across the whole of the IT project lifecycle using the core techniques of project definition; cost and resource estimation; creating and maintaining project plans; identifying and managing risks and issues; quality management and providing progress/financial reporting.
• You will also be familiar with basic business analysis techniques and ideally have worked using different methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• You will have good communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and perspectives in different business contexts.
• You will have written skills to allow you to produce quality project documentation and reports for a wide audience.
• You should also be familiar with project management tools and software to support the tasks above.
