We have created two new roles which will lead on developing and delivering a supported and specialist accommodation plan and overseeing the pipeline of schemes from sourcing sites through to completion.

This new supported accommodation team will provide a bridge between adult and children’s commissioning and the Housing Development function.

Supported Accommodation Analyst

The Supported Accommodation Analyst will be responsible for the high-quality analysis of the needs for supported and specialist housing. It will support capital planning, investment and commissioning activity and related programmes by facilitating a better understanding about the people who may require these services.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join the commissioning team and help the development of a supported accommodation strategy using data analysis and research.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have knowledge and experience of undertaking research, bench-marking and a range of analysis techniques in order to map activity, need, demographics and outcomes  
  • Have led on the interpretation and presentation of highly complex data and information to inform a strategy
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues particularly those in Public Health or the NHS

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, working with a variety of stakeholders and partners. This role is for a fixed term of 2 years.
