– Hospital and Reablement

– Assessment and Adaptation service

Full Time

The roles which we a currently recruiting for cover the Assessment Service and Reablement Service. 

Assessment Service: 2 full time, permanent posts and 1 part time 15 hour per week post

Reablement Service: 

4 full time, permanent posts

Rotational and static positions can be considered.
