Job Title: Strategy and Monitoring Co-ordinator - Rough Sleeping

Grade: P04

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established team and make a real difference to the lives of rough sleepers in the borough.

Working alongside key partners (both internal and external) you will help to deliver the Rough Sleeping Strategy with funding provided by the Ministry of Housing, Community and Local Governments’ Rough Sleeping Initiative Programme.

About you:

With a strong background in relevant services you will have an eye for detail and be responsible for coordinating the local partnership response on rough sleeping, providing analysis and monitoring the delivery of programmes and initiatives. You will develop innovative solutions to complex service issues.

Confident at working with a team you will manage the service delivery using your initiative to develop operational plans whilst staying abreast of legislation and strategic objectives.
