This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, successful and supportive team of specialist Advisory Teachers of the Deaf. The team provide advice, information & support for children, young people, families and professionals in all settings to ensure that all children and young people are sensitively supported to reach their full potential.

 

This is a peripatetic post covering two local authorities (Haringey and Enfield).

 

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of the Deaf who is interested in developing their skills further. You need to demonstrate considerable knowledge and successful experience of working with deaf children. This job will require you to work across the age range including newly diagnosed young deaf babies.

 

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. An enhanced disclosure check with the DBS will be undertaken.
