About the role

As a Support Worker you will be required to escort on the minibus to support adults with learning disabilities to access the centre. You will be required to support adults with learning disabilities to participate in all aspects of ordinary life, including employment, education, leisure activities such as swimming and health care.

You will be required to promote ordinary life skills and self-advocacy by supporting individual and group activities that respond to service users need in a sensitive, safe and culturally appropriate manner.

About you

You will need to be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and be a great communicator who is able to advocate for adults with learning disabilities and autism and be passionate, about promoting high aspirations and outcomes for the people you work with.
