Critical to achieving this is the HR team which has been undergoing a significant period of change, including the recent recruitment of a new Chief People Officer and restructure of the management team. We are now looking to recruit to three new posts in the team. 

As the Head of Talent and Resourcing you will be key to our drive to ensure we have the best people in the organisation delivering quality services to our residents. You will lead the ‘insourcing’ of the Council’s permanent recruitment team; continue the development of the council’s apprenticeship scheme; create coherent talent pipelines and lead the L&D function.
