About Haringey

This is an exciting time to be working in Wood Green.

Over the coming years, Wood Green will become a more prosperous and sustainable with a thriving creative cluster to complement a revitalised town centre. It will benefit from 6,400 new homes and 4,000 new jobs, excellent transport links and opportunities for new and existing residents and entrepreneurs. The plans will help the area’s economy to grow, supporting current businesses in the creative and tech sectors– many of whom have shared their regeneration ideas with us – to expand and evolve. Much needed investment in open spaces and green streets will support promoting wellbeing and positive mental health.

As Wood Green is rejuvenated, it will be celebrated for its vibrant town centres, wonderful heritage, strong and proud multi-cultural communities and local character including its successful markets, making it an excellent place to live, work and visit. We are now moving into the next stage of Wood Green’s regeneration journey, with the focus shifting from strategy into delivery.

We are looking for a Regeneration Officer to join the Wood Green Team and help us to realise our ambitions for this area. This is an exciting position that will allow the right person to grow and develop as part of a supportive, progressive, and high-functioning team. You will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, working with a variety of stakeholders and partners, and be responsible for delivering architecture and public realm works in the heart of Wood Green.

  • Be up for the challenge of delivering the highest quality outputs in a complex environment, requiring the ability to think outside of the box to deliver solutions.

If your skills match the above and you share our ambition for Regeneration, we encourage you to complete an application as soon as is possible.
