Your new role
We are seeking a Head of Digital Customer Service to challenge the status quo, lead customer access transformation through process and system re-design, while continually promoting a digitally enabled culture that will enhance our customers experience. You will work within the Customer Services portfolio and report to the Assistant Director of Customer Services. The role will extend across the organisation and partners, championing easy and efficient digital customer access by developing, influencing and inspiring others to adopt digital as the first point of contact.

In this role you’ll champion a true transformation journey and your success will translate in our customer experience being second to none and our cost to serve being the lowest it can be. The role will lead and ensure our investment in Digital channels is maximised and that online interactions become the channel of choice.
We recognise that while digital will be the first choice for many, there will be sections of our communities that will be digitally excluded and therefore this role will seek to develop targeted plans to address this.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be an experienced, articulate and credible leader, who can operate effectively under pressure and deliver required results within restricted resources. You will create a culture which enables team potential to be released, talent to be nurtured and high performance becoming the standard.
With previous experience of defining and delivering digital transformation against the backdrop of traditional channels, you will have the strategic ability to define and deliver ambitious plans and will be able to bring positivity, passion and fun.
