About the role

Haringey Youth Justice Service works with young people and families involved with the youth justice system. We are seeking a Courts and Information Officer who can ensure that we gather and share relevant information with key partner agencies including the courts, probation and other local authority services.

You will be expected to act as first line of support for the Childview case management system. You will be required to attend Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on a weekly basis to support our Social Workers.

About you

You will have experience of working with case management systems although full training will be provided, have excellent numeracy, attention-to-detail and organisational skills. You will be able to perform basic data analysis and reporting. You will possess the ability to learn new IT systems quickly in order to support users and assist with training. You must be able to adhere to strict weekly and monthly deadlines.

Other Requirements/How to apply

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. An enhanced disclosure check with the DBS will be undertaken.
