The Service

Haringey is an extremely diverse borough with a growing private housing sector. The Council has set clear ambitious objectives through its borough plan to make Haringey a better place to live, encourage investment and create opportunities that all can share.

The challenge of finding suitable, secure and appropriate accommodation effects residents from all ethnic and social backgrounds. As a Council and a Service, we believe we can help build strong settled communities by addressing the Housing issues experienced by those living in or amongst our borough’s private rented sector. It is our aspiration for all our residents to have a safe, suitable place to live.

You will be joining a workforce who wish to share this vision and see Haringey as a Local Authority employer which is ambitious, driven and who puts its stakeholders at the forefront of what we want to achieve.
