View Vacancy -- Senior Business Support Officer - Youth Justice Service

Do you have the ambition and drive to join the team in taking Haringey Youth Justice Service forward, providing effective business support functions to the management team and core aspects of the service. We are seeking an experienced business support officer with a track record of performing to a high standard.

As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will be a member of a multi-disciplinary Service. You will need to be a resilient and authoritative business support officer who places children and young people and their welfare at the heart of your practice. The purpose of the job is to provide expert business support on complex issues and ensuring the delivery of an effective and efficient service within required timescales. The role will focus on:

• Supporting/covering main reception duties
• Minute taking for highly sensitive meetings
• Supporting with financial assistance and invoicing
• Responding to queries and undertaking general clerical and administrative duties to support the service as and when required
• Taking responsibility for document and data management, including confidential filing.
