Fixed Term 12 month contract  

 

About the role

Haringey Council is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join the Adults Transformation team.

This role will work on a range of Adult Social Care projects that will help people to stay healthy and live independently for longer by promoting independence, dignity and choice, and will be key in contributing to the effective delivery of the Adults Transformation Programme.

We are looking for dynamic individuals with project management experience, with a track record of successful delivery and who are able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, improving outcomes and contribute to efficiency savings.

 

Key Responsibilities

The post holder will work closely with the programme manager to ensure that high quality project and change management is provided, which will enable the Council’s ambitions for Adult Social Care to be realised.

About you

This is a busy but rewarding environment and you will need to be versatile, flexible and tenacious. Based within an operational environment and very much a hands on role.

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and experience of managing and delivering a range of projects.

You will need to be a confident communicator and be able to build strong working relationships across a variety of functions, and able to work with a wide range of colleagues and partners effectively.

A strong understanding and experience of project and change management, alongside governance and performance management arrangements and the role they play in delivering effective outcomes and service improvements.

We are looking for the successful candidates to start as soon as possible.
