View Vacancy -- HR Policy Officer
Working with the Reward Strategy Manager you’ll be responsible for carrying out a major review of HR policy. Using your HR knowledge and research skills you’ll ensure that our policies reflect best practice and our values, are legally compliant and inform our equality and inclusion agenda. You’ll need to be confident in liaising with staff at all levels across the Council and with those in external organisations to carry out research into good practice.
Previous HR experience with excellent research and written skills are needed, as are the ability to work with minimum supervision in managing a complex workload and meeting competing deadlines. High level IT skills, including familiarisation with social media will be needed to collate and analyse information.
