To ensure that we do our best for our community, we need a highly skilled professional to lead our HR/OD service and drive the development of a dynamic culture that reflects and serves the vibrancy of our borough. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll shape our workforce while leading an outstanding HR/OD function. We have a bold insourcing agenda and you’ll be at the heart of this as the Council reshapes over time. You’ll also develop our approach to recruitment and development, our HR & OD operating model and work with our partners to grow a skilled local public service workforce. Above all, you’ll develop people strategies that ultimately benefit Haringey’s residents.
