About the Roles

Two new roles have been created, within the recently established Service Improvement and Business Management (SIBM) team, to support senior managers within Adult Social Care (ASC).

Successful candidates will work closely with two senior managers and act as a point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders. Key areas of work will include the coordination of responses to tasks and requests set by those managers and provision of a range of business and personal support to them. You will also work closely with teams reporting to the senior managers you work to.

The SIBM team has responsibility for ensuring that a consistently high standard of business support is in place for the ASC Management Team at all times. This group of newly created roles will work together as a team to provide this.

About You

We are looking for team players who can respond to the wider needs of the team and adapt to meet those needs in a flexible manner. You will be able to influence and build effective working relationships with colleagues. You will also be able to work well under pressure and with colleagues to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
