The planning team is based in Wood Green – opposite the Piccadilly Line tube station. Our friendly, talented officer are drawn from across the globe and have been shortlisted for Planning Team of the Year at the 2018 Planning Awards. We are seeking an experienced Development Management Planner, to help lead one of our two DM teams. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the team, mentoring junior staff, making delegated decisions and carrying your own caseload. If you are an experienced planner looking to develop your leadership skills then we would like to hear from you.
Due to our pipeline of large, major residential and mixed use applications coming forward we are looking to add a Principal Planner to our Strategic Applications Team. If you have experience of large major applications in an urban context, and are ready to lead on a range of high-profile schemes we would like to hear from you.
We are also seeking an experienced principal conservation officer, to provide advice on major applications affecting heritage assets, develop proposals for new conservation areas and oversee conservation area appraisals.
